Return Policy


At Niconest.shop, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your return meets the conditions outlined in our policy, we will process a refund for the amount paid for the product or service as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving the returned item or your request to return a service. Please note that if you returns the eligible products to our warehouse, you are responsible for the shipping costs. The remaining amount will be refunded.
If you do not return the eligible products to our warehouse, you will be charged 60% of the order value. (Proof will be required.)

Conditions for Returns

To initiate a return, you must clearly state your request and regret of purchase in your communication with us. The 7-day return period starts from the day you receive the product in full or a significant part of it.
If your purchase includes customized or personalized products, the return period begins when Niconest.shop notifies you that the product is ready.
Returns Are Not Accepted If:
  • The purchased service has already started with your consent during the return period.
  • The price of the purchased service is subject to fluctuations in the financial market (e.g., stock-related services).
  • The nature of the product or service makes it non-returnable.
  • The seal of authentication on the product has been broken or opened.
Additionally, certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
  • Perishable goods such as nicotine pouches.
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


Guidelines for Returning a Product

When returning a product, it must be kept in the same condition as when it was delivered. The product must not have been used, though you are allowed to inspect it upon delivery. If the product is damaged during inspection or handling, it will no longer qualify for a return or refund.
