Pick a pouch from the can and place it under your lip - your upper lip is recommended for the best experience. Once in place, you can keep it there for up to 60 minutes, or for as long as it remains comfortable and enjoyable for you.

Some states require an adult signature upon delivery in addition to on-site age verification. For orders that require an Adult Signature Requirement (ASR), our shipping carrier may try to  deliver again. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and any reshipment will incur additional shipping costs.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout when placing your order. You can select a shipping option at the bottom left of the checkout page and view the total cost in your Order Summary on the right.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. While we aim to process orders promptly, it may take 1–2 business days for you to receive the confirmation email. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays.
